About your Booking

As you now know, Madison Travel is an independent travel agent licensed by ABTA and an associate of Worldchoice with over 35 years of experience in the travel industry. We offer a wide choice of holiday's and we use various suppliers to book these. As such, many holidays offered in this site have different booking conditions. When you book your holiday, you can ask us for a copy of the individual booking terms relating to that supplier.

In the meantime, you need to follow these basic steps. Once you have decided which holiday or service you would like to book with us, we will ask you for your details which will include your full names as they appear on your passports at the time of travelling (for all member travelling on the holiday you choose) as well as your full address and at least one contact number. Naturally this information remains confidential and you can read more about that in our privacy statement.

We will ask you for a deposit for your holiday. This varies according to which holiday you book but is usually between £50 and £150 per person travelling. In the case of special offers or late booking this may be higher, or the full amount of your holiday may be payable. You can pay by using any credit card (there is a 2% charge on all credit card transactions, but NOT on debit card transactions so if you can pay this way, it will save you money) Your balance is always due 10 weeks prior to the commencement of service ordered.

Your cancellation policy also changes depending on which supplier we are using for your holiday and of course we will advise you of this at the time of booking.

Ah, also on that note, if you are in a position where you fine it difficult to talk about your holiday requirements i.e your working environment is not suitable or your ex-partner still shares your e-mail address... or you want to surprise someone special and don't want them to know about your plans please do tell us and we will make sure we don't drop you in the preverbal mire.
