Lisa has developed a diverse, interesting menu that combines traditional, continental cooking with the flavours of the American South and the Caribbean, focusing on local favourites like grouper and Florida lobster. From light fare like Pearl's Southern Salad, to comfort food like macaroni and cheese, Oyster Po' Girls or Pan Seared Medallions of Beef, there's something to satisfy every appetite and budget on this delicious, eclectic menu.

For your convenience, guests can choose to dine in the elegant restaurant, on the casual Patio or in the privacy of your room or suite. In addition, you may pre-order specialties like chocolate covered strawberries, shrimp cocktail or a cheese and fruit plate to have waiting for you (along with some chilled champagne) upon check-in.
