CENIT HOTEL APARTMENTS - FIGUERETAS

 

There are four different types of accommodation listed here, and this choice goes some way to explaining the property’s popularity, but we reckon one of the main attractions is the stunning pool area. It’s big, it’s surrounded by extensive sun terraces (free sunloungers, of course), and it boasts one of Figueretas’ most desirable views over the bay towards the sands of Playa d’en Bossa. There’s also a handy poolside bar serving snacks as well as booze. The flip side of this great view is that the Cenit is located up a hill, with the stroll down to the seafront bars coming in at about five minutes. This hill isn’t exactly of Himalayan proportions but it’s still going to prove a bit tough if you’re disabled or just plain bone idle. Remember: five minutes downhill works out at rather more going back up again!

If you decide on the hotel option you’ll be accommodated in a twin room with an en-suite bathroom and a balcony. Sadly, there aren’t any double beds. This hotel option includes breakfast, as well as daily maid service, twice weekly linen change and thrice weekly towel change.

Apartment accommodation is available in three different classifications of accommodation. Studios feature twin beds in a combined living/sleeping area, a sofa bed for a third person (although this can end up being a bit of a squeeze), as well as a kitchenette, bathroom and balcony. Breakfast is not included on any of these apartment options.

 

There are two types of two bedroom apartments, identical in every way apart from when it comes to your sleeping arrangements. Standard apartments have a twin room, a single room, a living room with a sofa bed and a kitchenette, bathroom and balcony. The superiors have two twin bedrooms plus a sofa bed in the lounge, or one twin bedroom with two single rooms plus a sofa bed, and therefore sleep up to five rather than their standard counterparts’ four. Maid service in self catering accommodation takes place twice a week.

Whether you go for one of the hotel rooms or for apartment accommodation, you’ll find the Cenit very comfortable, thoughtfully decorated and reassuringly kind to the wallet.
